Value Drivers and Outcomes page on the Outcomes tab, filtered to Not Qualified. Shows a project selector for Digital Client Experience and Transparency Hub, a row of tabs (Value Drivers, Market Trends, Outcomes, Goals and Challenges, Technical Vision, Value, Solution Fit), and an empty Discovered Outcomes panel with a Not Qualified filter, 0 outcomes counter, and an Add Outcome button.

Why you’re here

The Outcomes tab on the Value Drivers & Outcomes page is where early-stage outcomes live — results the customer has surfaced but that haven’t been formally qualified yet. Filtered to Not Qualified, this is the Discover view: you’re still exploring which outcomes matter, what the impact looks like, and which value drivers they connect to. Once an outcome is validated by both sides, it moves into the Qualify view of the same page.

What you’ll see

The page header reads Value Drivers & Outcomes — Identify industry drivers and link them to desired outcomes. A project selector sits below it (set to the active project) with an Industry badge. A row of tabs spans the page: Value Drivers, Market Trends, Outcomes (active here), Goals & Challenges, Technical Vision, Value, and Solution Fit. Inside the Outcomes tab, the Discovered Outcomes panel shows a subtitle (“Outcomes in the discovery phase, not yet qualified”), a qualification filter set to Not Qualified, a counter (for example, “0 outcomes”), and a black + Add Outcome button. When empty, the panel reads “No outcomes defined yet. Add outcomes to track the impact of your drivers.”

When to use it

  • Logging a new outcome a stakeholder just described on a call, before you’ve validated the impact.
  • Pairing each outcome with a value driver so the link between cause and effect is explicit early.
  • Reviewing the unqualified outcome list before a qualification meeting to decide which ones to pressure-test.
  • Keeping discovery-phase outcomes separate from qualified ones so the pipeline view stays clean.
